Food Brother came to us with a challenge: they had a cult following in their home market, but no visual system that could scale. As they prepared to expand across Germany, every new location looked slightly different. The brand was getting diluted.

Food Brother had built a loyal following with uncompromising ingredients and a distinct attitude. But as they expanded, the brand was losing clarity. Packaging varied by location. Social content lacked a unified look. The visual identity couldn't keep up with their growth ambitions.
